We hop on a video call or meet for coffee. This isn’t a sales pitch, it’s a conversation.We want to know your story, your venue, your vision, and your vibe. This is where we figure out if we’re truly the right fit for each other.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we lock in your date with a signed contract and a retainer. From that moment, you have a direct line to us, no assistant, no middleman. Just us for you.

As your date approaches, we’ll do a detailed timeline review, a venue walkthrough if possible, and a persona shot-list call. We want to know your family dynamics, your priorities, and which moments matter most to you. No surprises on the day

THE DAY ITSELF
