Reaching Out and Booking
Connecting and Discovering: Unlike other wedding photographers, we believe in capturing your story, your personality, and your unique character. We distance ourselves from cliché images and aim to connect deeply with our couples. So, tell us all about your exciting wedding plans. We'll respond with detailed pricing information and arrange a meeting.
Becoming Friends: During our meeting, we aim to become more than just your photographers - we want to be your friends! This way, we get to learn about you, allowing you to relax on your big day while we work our magic capturing your beautiful moments.
Booking: Once we've got to know each other and agreed on a package, we'll handle all the paperwork. You'll receive a contract to review and accept with just a few clicks. To secure your booking, we'll need a retainer fee, which is a third of the quoted price.
Pre-Wedding Preparations
The Engagement Session (if booked): If we're doing an engagement session, we'll brainstorm ideas and pick locations that hold a special place in your heart. We love shooting around sunset or sunrise for the best lighting but we're open to all your suggestions. This session gives us a chance to spend more time together, strengthening our bond, and allows you to practice being in front of the camera.
Secret Weapon Questionnaire: In the lead up to your wedding, we'll send each of you a fun and very personal questionnaire. Filled out separately and in secret, this helps us gather precious insights about you as individuals and as a couple.
Final Planning: About two months before the wedding, we'll send a timeline questionnaire and schedule a consultation to finalize every detail of the wedding. One week before the big day, we'll have a quick call to make sure everything is set and ready to go.
The Wedding Day
Capturing Authentic Moments: On your wedding day, armed with our quiet cameras and the personal details you've shared with us, we'll capture genuine moments as they naturally unfold. From candid shots to family photos and wedding party portraits, we've got everything covered.
After the Wedding
Teaser Photos and Editing: After waving you goodnight, our work continues. Within a few hours, we'll select and edit a few of our favorite shots to share with you on our blog in the next couple of days. We'll then continue to edit the rest of the photos for your private gallery.
The Gallery
Accessing and Enjoying Your Photos: Once you receive your full wedding gallery, you can select your favorite images for the wedding album. Your private gallery is a state-of-the-art, personalized website that allows you to rate images, download high-resolution photos, share with family and friends, and even order prints and canvases. It's all there, in one easy-to-use space.
